Dips

The so-called dips are dipping sauces, to accompany or as a table sauce, and it is a type of sauce that is served as an accompaniment to a dish and is used by dipping a generally more solid food in it. Unlike other sauces, these are not added to the food, but are presented in bowls to bathe the food in. Therefore, its consistency is usually thicker than other sauces.
